Missions Director

Larry Chambless has a heart for missions, missionaries, and people in the ministry to reach their full potential for the Kingdom of God.  Born April 8, 1950, he received Christ November 14, 1994.  He grew up at Glynlea Methodist Church, as well as Madeira Baptist Church and Trinity Baptist Church.  He felt God’s call to the ministry at the age of 14.

His education includes:  Basic Youth Conflicts; Florida Community College of Jacksonville  – Police Science – 1970; First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana – Pastors School – 1993; Wally Bebe’s Bus Ministry School – 2000; Streams 101 and 201 – 2009 -2010; Elijah House Basic I and II – 2009 – 2010; Freedom and Fullness – 2009; PMT I – 2010

Larry has a heart for serving.  He has served as Singles Director; Elementary Director; Bus Ministry Division Director; Evangelism Team Director; and Bridge Bible Institute Director.  He is currently serving as the Bridge Orlando Mission’s Director since 2009, and was ordained as a minister August 26, 2012.

Larry and Judy have been married since January 9, 2011.  They have 7 daughters, 1 son and 15 grandchildren.
